This page explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not endured. If anything remains unclear, write to us and we will answer.

We are a recruitment agency. We connect French-speaking, German-speaking, Dutch-speaking and English-speaking candidates with companies hiring in Portugal, Spain and Greece. Those companies become your employer: we are not your employer, we introduce you to them.

4. Who we share it with

Client companies

This is the most important point on this page. When your profile matches a role, we pass your application to the company that is hiring, so that it can assess you and, where appropriate, employ you.

We inform you before any introduction, and we do not make it without your agreement. These companies are located in Portugal, Spain and Greece. From the moment they receive your application, they become responsible for their own processing of your data and apply their own privacy policy.

We never sell your data and we do not pass it to any third party for advertising or commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Our processing takes place within the European Economic Area. Where a provider may access data from a third country, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You have the following rights over your data at any time:

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@hiratalent.eu. We answer within one month. We may ask you to prove your identity if we have reasonable doubt.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority, or with the authority of your country of residence.

7. Cookies and traffic measurement

Our site sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, which do not require your consent, as well as traffic measurement and advertising measurement cookies, which are only set with your agreement.

You can change your choice at any time from the cookie management banner, or by configuring your browser to refuse them.

8. Security

We put in place technical and organisational measures to protect your data: access restricted to the people who need it, account authentication, encryption of communications, and providers selected for their security guarantees.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page, in particular if our processing changes. The date of the last update appears at the top. In the event of a substantial change, we inform the people concerned.
