RM Talent, Lda works as a recruitment intermediary, connecting candidates with companies based in Portugal, Greece, Spain and, more broadly, across the European Economic Area. Our services are free for candidates: no candidate is ever asked to pay anything, at any stage of the recruitment process.
Everything this site is made of (its structure, text, photographs, videos, illustrations, logo and visual identity) belongs to RM Talent, Lda or is used under licence. Reproducing, displaying, adapting or exploiting any of it, in whole or in part and by any means, without prior written permission is prohibited and may amount to infringement.
Third-party trade marks and logos appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for reference only.
RM Talent, Lda processes personal data as a data controller, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.
Purposes. Answering enquiries, arranging recruitment interviews, presenting applications to client companies, supporting successful candidates until they are settled, and measuring site traffic.
Legal bases. Steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, consent where it is collected, and the publisher's legitimate interest in measuring traffic and keeping the site secure.
Recipients. Authorised staff at RM Talent, Lda, the client companies an application is presented to once the candidate has been informed, and the technical providers acting as processors, in particular the applicant tracking system Teamtailor and the site host.
Transfers outside the European Union. Some technical providers may be established outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR.
Retention. Application data is kept for as long as the recruitment process requires, then archived or deleted in line with the applicable legal retention periods.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise those rights, write to contact@hiratalent.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados in Portugal, or the authority in your country of residence.
This site uses a traffic measurement tool that sets no advertising cookie and cannot identify you individually. The statistics collected are aggregated and are used only to improve the site. The booking pages and the third-party platforms this site links to apply their own policies.
This site contains links to sites published by third parties, in particular social networks, a booking tool and an application platform. RM Talent, Lda has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or for how they handle personal data.
