There is one day each of us remembers precisely. The day we said yes. The day we handed back the keys, closed a bag that was far too heavy and boarded a flight to a city whose language we did not speak. We were afraid. We went anyway. And that day, far more than any line on a CV, decided who we became.
What you find out on arrival is that a move never rests on a contract. It rests on somewhere to live that is already sorted, on someone who answers in your language when nothing goes to plan, and on a first evening where you do not eat alone. Nobody handed us that. It is exactly what we built.
Today we are a team of expats whose job is to give other people the day that changed us. We do not fill vacancies, we organise departures. And when a message arrives a few months later, with a photo of a balcony, a beach or a group of friends who did not exist the year before, we remember exactly why we do this work.

Hira Talent was born in Lisbon, carried by a European team of expats, recruiters and entrepreneurs who all believe the same thing: a job changes a career, a move changes a life.
We like winning. The targets we were not supposed to hit, the markets we open from nothing, the talent we go and find where nobody thought to look. We never win against someone. We win for someone.

We have built a network, run dozens of events, sent people off to cities where they knew nobody. And every time, the same story: a departure that was far from a sure thing, and then the message once they are there. It was the best decision of my life.
We want a great deal more. More countries, more languages, more lives that turn. Nobody guaranteed us we would get there. That is precisely why we are going.
