Most of our roles ask for no experience: your mother tongue is your qualification, and the companies train you on everything else. Our talent comes from sales, straight out of studies, from hospitality, from everywhere.
No. You work in your own language (French, German or Dutch) with decent English. Portuguese, Greek or Spanish you will pick up there, if you feel like it.
Three criteria: European nationality (or a valid work visa for the country concerned), a target language you speak fluently (French, German or Dutch), and being available to leave within the next 3 months. If all three are true, book the call, or first take the 60-second test.
Your contract is signed before you leave: you never fly into the void. On the ground: help with housing, with the paperwork, and an expat community that takes you in from the first week, with regular meet-ups.
On most of our roles the company covers a relocation package: flight, housing provided on arrival, support with the administrative steps. Exactly what is included varies by company and by role: that is precisely what we go through with you on the call, before any decision.
