We can help you if
- Your native language is French, German, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Czech, Turkish, Arabic or a Nordic language
- You are an EU national, or you hold a permit allowing you to work in the country concerned
- You speak English at B2 level, written and spoken
- You can move within three months
We can do nothing for you if
- You do not speak one of those languages natively. It is the only qualification our clients pay for, and we do not work around it
- You are looking for work outside customer or technical support. It is not our trade and we would have nothing to offer you
- You need a job next week. Between the first call and your first day, expect one to twelve weeks
- You are looking for seasonal work, construction or hospitality. We place none of those

One trade, done properly
We recruit for customer support and technical support centres based in Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Athens, Alicante and Málaga. These companies serve European customers in their own language, and they cannot find those languages locally. That is the only problem we solve.
You work in your native language with customers, and in English with your team. Portuguese and Greek are never asked of you, neither to apply nor to do the job.

From the first message to your first day
Before they even apply
Do I need to speak Portuguese to work in Lisbon?
No, never, neither to apply nor to do the job. You work in your native language with customers and in English with your team. Many of the people we place do not know three words of Portuguese on the day they arrive.
I only speak English. Do you have anything for me?
No, and it is fairer to say so than to let you apply. Our clients pay us to find native speakers of the languages we source, who are not available in Portugal or Greece. English alone does not sell on this market, it is already everywhere here.
Does the agency cost me anything?
Nothing, at any stage and in every case. We are paid by the companies. If an agency asks you to pay for a job in Europe, that is a warning sign, not an industry practice.
Do I need experience?
No. A good share of our placements are first jobs. Training is paid and happens on site.
Can I apply from abroad?
Yes, and that is the most common case. Most of the people we place apply from their own country and move once their offer is signed.
How do you compare to other agencies in Portugal?
We do one thing: multilingual recruitment for customer support centres, with support through the move. We do no general temping, no seasonal work, no construction, no hospitality. If your need is elsewhere, another agency will serve you better, and we will tell you so on the first call.
